Mohammad Arafat Khan is a Software Engineer at Cloudera with a passion for emerging technology, creating software products, and football. He is a Scrum Certified professional with experience in Hybrid Cloud and Open Source technologies. Currently, Arafat is part of the Storage Platform team at Cloudera Bangalore, where he works on open-source projects such as Apache Ozone and Apache Hadoop. He has contributed to the development of Distributed Object Storage and Distributed FileSystem. Prior to his current role, Arafat worked as a Java Backend Intern at TCS, where he designed and implemented a Spring Cloud Configuration that provides server-side and client-side support for externalized configuration in a distributed system. He also worked as a Data Science Intern at Profinch. Arafat holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from B.M.S College of Engineering, and he is expected to graduate in December 2022. His technical skills include Software Engineering, Hadoop, Java, Backend Development, Spring, Microservices, and Data Science. With 0.43 years of relevant experience, Arafat is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in the field of software engineering.
